person putting the phone in the amazon box made specifically for this iphone 15, in a cream color not blue as ordered
labels on box were right, only after opening saw wrong color
so sad
customer service man understood but without returning, not much could do and i could not be without a phone

Bought the 256gb green renewed premium and it came almost brand new!! Top notch battery and zero scratches whatsoever, happy i didnt waste money on a new one. Ive tested app the features since getting this phone and it’s been about 9 days since i got it. The tap to pay also works since Ive noticed some people have issues. So far I’m using the phone everyday and testing its battery capabilities and since there is a 30 fay return, i can still return if anything goes wrong. Best bet on a phone I’ve made. I wanted blue, but 800 bucks is insane , might as well order from apple, so i got the green and i like it. Came with fedex on the 3rd day morning and i had to sign upon receiving it

I had an 11 for years and have been wanting to upgrade but didn’t feel like paying $800 for a 15 so I decided to buy from Amazon. My phone came in perfect condition with 100% Battery Health!! Only downside is it didn’t come with a charger, only the USB cord. The packaging also could’ve been better. But the actual phone feels brand new and has no scratches or dents!

I purchased a renewed premium unlocked iPhone 15. I have had the iPhone XR since August of 2020, so it was time for an upgrade. I did not want to hurt my wallet too badly, so I went with a used iPhone 15. I received it yesterday and got everything transferred successfully without any trouble. I did have to make a quick 10 minute trip to Verizon to set up the e-sim, however. It took them about 10 minutes to transfer the e-sim from my XR to my “new” 15. The difference between the two phones is great. I am happy with the used phone so far. 99% battery life. I meticulously looked for any defects on the phone with a flash light, and only found 1 very small chip. Too small to really even see. Came with charging cable and 50% battery. I was skeptical, but glad I went with a used phone.

Was on time, but best of all, phone was literally like new! Battery was 100% last activation was this month maybe just to check out its functions?! Absolutely no scratches! Everything functions like new, I cannot say anything negative about this purchase!!!! This was a great deal on what appears to be a new iphone 15 with 512 gb of storage and mint condition as well as seeming new battery level life!!

First, I will explain the 4 stars. Phone is in excellent condition except for a scratch on one of the camera lens. I got the unlocked version and it was easy to connect to my service. I love the size, about the same as my old one so easy to carry in a pocket. I really should have returned it for a replacement but my present situation doesn’t allow for me to be without a phone. Great seller, phone arrived promptly and very well packed to make it as tamper proof as possible.

Reviews were good and so far everything looks great. We haven’t yet transferred data over since it’s a gift but the refurbished phone is in excellent condition with no scratches or other blemishes. It looks brand new and came with a 75% charge.
